Returns Policy Overview
Our refund, exchange, and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused or in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale items
We may require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first to request a return authorization number and the return shipping address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of damage. If your item was damaged during shipping, you must report it to the shipping company. We are not responsible for shipping damage caused by the shipping company. Please verify the package is not damaged when accepting delivery.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you MUST email us first to request an exchange and obtain the shipping address where you will return your item for exchange.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you MUST email us first to request a return number and the shipping address where you will return your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
